At Vintage Sticker Factory we offer secure and reliable payment methods through PayPal, which allows payments to be made either using a PayPal account or by credit or debit cards accepted by the platform, without the need to have a PayPal account.

PayPal is an external payment service provider that operates under strict security standards and uses advanced encryption systems to protect users’ financial information. At no time does Vintage Sticker Factory Ltd have access to or store the banking or card details used during the payment process.

The order amount will be charged at the moment the customer confirms the purchase and successfully completes the payment process. If the payment is not authorised or is rejected by the payment service provider, the order will not be considered finalised and will not be processed.

Any incident related to the payment process, refunds or possible unauthorised charges should initially be handled through PayPal’s customer support, without prejudice to the customer’s right to contact our customer service team for additional assistance.
