Purchases made from Vintage Sticker Factory Ltd, with registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, operating under the trade name Vintage Sticker Factory (hereinafter, “Vintage Sticker Factory”), are subject to the general terms and conditions set out below.

Taxes

Vintage Sticker Factory Ltd is not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Kingdom. Therefore, the prices displayed on this website are net prices and do not include VAT.

Depending on the destination country of the order, the customer may be required to pay import taxes, local VAT, customs duties or other charges imposed by the tax or customs authorities of the destination country. Any such taxes or charges shall be borne entirely by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Orders will be processed on the first business day following receipt of payment. Delivery times are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national public holidays.

Products from Vintage Sticker Factory are manufactured and prepared on a personalised basis for each customer once the order has been confirmed through payment. The usual preparation time for an order is up to 48 business hours. Once this period has elapsed, shipment will become the responsibility of the selected carrier.

Shipments made via postal services usually have an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 10 business days. Therefore, the total estimated time from purchase to receipt of the order generally ranges from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and possible congestion of transport services during certain periods of the year (such as public holidays, promotional campaigns or the summer season).

Warranty

Products purchased from Vintage Sticker Factory are covered by a legal warranty in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation of the customer’s country of residence. As a minimum, a legal warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects is provided.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, or limitations inherent to the design or conception of the product itself. To avoid possible issues, customers are advised to review the detailed product information and, if in doubt, contact our customer service team.

Returns and material exchanges

Vintage Sticker Factory provides an after-sales service intended to resolve any issues related to products or shipments. If the customer receives a defective product, an incorrect model, size or colour, or an incomplete order, the error will be corrected by means of a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

As products are manufactured on a personalised basis according to the customer’s specifications, returns or exchanges of correctly manufactured and delivered orders without errors attributable to Vintage Sticker Factory will not be accepted, except where legally required.
