Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at VintageStickerFactory.com, operated by Vintage Sticker Factory Ltd. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, it is important that you are aware of our return and cancellation policies.
Personalised and made-to-order products
All items available on VintageStickerFactory.com are goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, designed exclusively to meet the customer’s specific design and customisation requirements.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalised goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that returns or refunds are not possible once the manufacturing process has begun, unless the product presents manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Vintage Sticker Factory.
Returns due to defects or manufacturing errors
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the specified order, please contact us within a recommended period of 14 days from receipt of the product by writing to hello@vintagestickerfactory.com, including a photograph and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, either by replacing or correcting the product or, where appropriate, by offering an alternative solution. This recommended period does not in any way limit the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable warranty legislation.
Shipments returned as “Unclaimed”
If a shipment is returned to our facilities by the carrier with the status “unclaimed” (that is, the customer received a collection notice at the corresponding postal office or collection point and did not collect it within the established period), there shall be no entitlement to a refund, either in whole or in part.
This is justified for the following reasons:
- The products sold are personalised goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Failure to collect the parcel does not, in itself, constitute an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal by the consumer, as required by applicable legislation; withdrawal requires a clear and explicit communication from the customer.
- Collecting the shipment within the period indicated by the carrier is the customer’s responsibility once the order has been correctly dispatched and notified.
In such cases, the customer may request a reshipment, which will be carried out upon prior acceptance and payment of the reshipping costs and, where applicable, any return or storage fees charged by the carrier. The new shipment will be made once payment of these costs has been confirmed and using the agreed shipping method.
Vintage Sticker Factory shall not be responsible for the consequences arising from the customer’s failure to collect the shipment, provided that the order was correctly dispatched and notified in accordance with the information provided during the purchase process.
