Custom-made and personalized products
All items at VintageStickerFactory.com are goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, created exclusively to meet your specific design and customization requirements.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means returns or refunds are not possible once the purchase has been completed, unless the product presents manufacturing defects or personalization errors.
Returns due to manufacturing defects or errors
If the product received shows any manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the specified order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by writing to hello@vintagestickerfactory.com and including a photo and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and take the necessary steps to resolve the incident, either by replacement or adjustment.
Shipments returned as “Unclaimed”
If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier with the notation “unclaimed” (i.e., the customer received the pickup notice at the post office/collection point and did not collect it within the allotted time), no right to a refund—neither full nor partial—will apply, for the following reasons:
- These are personalized products, excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Non-collection of the parcel does not, by itself, constitute an unequivocal statement of withdrawal by the consumer as required by the Directive; withdrawal requires a clear and unambiguous communication by the customer.
In such cases, the customer may request a reshipment by paying the applicable reshipping costs in advance and, where applicable, any storage or return fees charged by the carrier. VintageStickerFactory.com is not responsible for the customer’s failure to collect the shipment.
