Shipment of the order
As a general rule, parcels are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control, via Correos and the international postal service by registered mail with tracking number and delivery with signature. If you prefer shipment via a 24-hour courier service, the corresponding additional charge will apply. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all items into a single order. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product after delivery. If the order arrives damaged, the customer is advised to report it within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt in order to process the corresponding claim. Please note that in order for the postal worker to deliver your purchase, you must prove your identity with an ID card. If you are not at home, a notice will be left in your mailbox. In this case, you can collect the shipment at your post office with the notice and your ID. If you cannot attend in person, any other person may collect it with your ID or a photocopy and with the form found on the postal notice duly completed.
If the order is not collected within 15 days (see date on the notice), it will be returned to us. In this case, we will resend it free of charge by standard mail. We are not responsible for possible losses in shipments sent by standard mail or if, in the case of registered mail, the postal service tracking indicates that the shipment has been delivered. If you wish us to resend it by registered mail or another shipping method, you must pay the corresponding cost.
